NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated November 12, 2013, in the above-styled cause, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2014, the following described property:
State of Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License #BEV 39-00619, series 4COP for use in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
