Froeschke, John T. Froeschke, Cypress Creek of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Bridgette F. Froeschke, The Unknown Spouse of John T. Froeschke, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
