NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008821 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jorge M Mendieta Sr. also known as Jorge M. Mendieta, Bank of America, NA, Huntington by the Village Homeowners' Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Dan Mitchell, Tenant # 2 also known as Dan Mitchell, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
