ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15, is the Plaintiff and KAREN ANN KIM KRIEGER; SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/08/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 722, SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16521, PAGE 167, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 166, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
