BOOK 3801, PAGE 259 ET SEQ. AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 3836 N LAKE DR UNIT 122, TAMPA, FL 33614 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael L. Tebbi of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before JANUARY 13, 2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
