NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale that was granted in this action on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 10, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 88, Westchase Section “322”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 97 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10332 Green Links Drive, Tampa, FL 33626 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
