NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2013 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on February 7, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT #1.58, THE VILLAS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14399, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
