NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019947 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ALLAN ACKLES, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 207, Building 'A' ONE LAUREL PLACE, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 3913, Page 1364 and as amended by the First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for One Laurel Place, a Condominium, dated March 15, 1982 and recorded in Official Record Book 3937 on Page 773 and Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for One Laurel Place, a Condominium, dated April 16, 1982 and recorded in Official Record Book 3937 on Page 777 and the Certificate of Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium for One Laurel Place, a Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4073 on Page 1026, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4 on Page 24 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
