Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 6th Day of January, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, ARBOR GREENE PHASE 3, UNITS 3A AND 4A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 18, 2013, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
