NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-023876 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13th day of January, 2014 day, at 10:00 a.m., via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 11, BLOCK C OF HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXVII PHASE II, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
