LOT 814, MAP OF RUSKIN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
