NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-003112 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIE L TERRIO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE L. TERRIO; LANCASTER I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS POINT CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 167 OF PHASE 3 OF LANCASTER 1 CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4931, PAGE 142, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 24, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
