NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-018636 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER F. MENCHEN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS MENCHEN A/K/A CHRIS F. MECHEN; ANN LEE KREISELMAN A/K/A ANN L. MENCHEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN LEE KREISELMAN A/K/A ANN L. MENCHEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
