NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-002459-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Doris C. Shealy also known as Doris F. Solomon, also known as Doris F. Fowler, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Doris C. Shealy also known as Doris F. Solomon, also known as Doris F. Fowler, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, CAROLINA TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATTHEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
