NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 010816 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS7 was the Plaintiff and JOHN H. MELVILLE, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 17 FEET 3 INCHES OF LOT 49, EDINA GARDEN OF EDEN, AND 14 FEET LYING IMMEDIATELY NORTH THEREOF AND ADJOINING SAID LOT 49 OF EDINA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/5 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 66.5 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/5 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF AND THE WEST 7 FEET THEREOF FOR STREETS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
