NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09019001CI, DIVISION: 21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is Plaintiff, and JULIA SANTIAGO N/K/A JULIA E. LESPIERS A/K/A JULIA LESPIER; LUCIANO O. LESPIERS A/K/A LUCIANO O. LESPIER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK E, OAKLEAF VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 44 AND 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
