YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

An undivided 1/12th interest in and to that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, known and described as: Lot 2, CLEARVIEW OAKS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Excepting, however, therefrom any and all buildings and improvements of any nature located on said land beyond that part and portion of said buildings and improvements hereinafter specifically included. Together with that certain apartment located on said land consisting of approximately 550 square feet, known and designated as Apartment No. 133C and so designated in “Apartment Unit Plan”, The inside surface of the walls of said Apartment Number 133-C shall determine the perimeter line as concerns any portion of the building herein conveyed, together with an undivided interest in and to the walls and other structural supports necessary for said building. This conveyance and the rights conveyed hereunder expressly includes a right-of-way for ingress and egress to and from said apartment and all accessories appertaining thereto and also the right of use of public halls, public rooms, public passageways, public lavatories, public toilets and all other public portions and equipment of said building in common with the other occupants thereof, together with an easement which shall be perpetual and shall pass with each conveyance of said Apartment Number 133-C herein mentioned. referred to, or incorporated in any future conveyance for the use and enjoyment of that part of the general real estate herein described, and for the use and enjoyment of public areas as shown on the Apartment Unit Plan, excepting, however, that the interest herein conveyed is a common interest with all other owners of apartments erected on the said general real estate.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon MANKIN LAW GROUP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
