YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of money damages and construction defect. The property is currently located in Arlington Lofts Condominium Association, Inc. which is located in Pinellas County, Florida as more particularly described in the Declaration of Condominium of Arlington Lofts, A Condominium, recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County at Official Records Book 15168, Page 1691, on June 7, 2006.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Jeffery A. Froeschle, Esq., Jeffery A. Froeschle, P.A., 751 Pinellas Bayway South, #308, Tierra Verde, Florida 33715, on or before January 03 2014, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
