YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 35, QUAIL FOREST CLUSTER HOMES UNIT ONE-A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 83, Pages 65 through 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Steven H. Mezer, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3913, Tampa, Florida 33601, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
