Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT G-3, BUILDING NO. 216, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XVI, AS RECORDED IN OR. 5908, PAGE 1261, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 55 AND 56, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 95 THROUGH 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3232 LAKE PINE WAY E # G3, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34688; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
