NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-015469-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2007-A2, is the Plaintiff and Lauren Beth Merlino, Gandy Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Home Mortgage, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
