NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-015256-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and John Toland, Pinellas County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 3, OF PASADENA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
