NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014112, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3 ASSET BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and Colleen M. Hersem, Thomas G. Hersem, Leatrice I. Giffin, as Trustee of the Leatrice I. Giffin Intervivos Trust Dated 8/3/99, and Tuscany at Innisbrook Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, TWELFTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 301 Harbor Drive, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida 33785.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
