YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to collect and foreclose a Claim of Lien as to the residential lot described as:
Unit/Lot No. 632 of PARADISE ISLAND CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 14911, Page 636, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
Together with a 1991 CHAN mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers CH11957A and CH11957B.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stanley L. Martin, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2002 East 4th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, on or before 01/06/14, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
