TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST HETTIE C. MAYER, DECEASED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 13 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF GULFPORT SHORES ADULT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 121 THROUGH 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 18, 1979 IN O.R. BOOK 4869 PAGES 1132 THROUGH 1188 INCLUSIVE, AND IN AMENDMENT THERETO FILED AUGUST 2, 1979 IN O.R. BOOK 4892, PAGES 785 AND 786, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
