NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009908 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) MATHILDA V. WALTONEN, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT 20 E, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGES 30 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755 AT PAGE 480 AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE III IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4832 AT PAGE 1448 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755 AT PAGE 487 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
