NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-007470-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Thomas William Landers, Jr., Thomas William Landers, III a/k/a Thomas William Landers, John Doe NKA Thomas Steven Landers, Kelly Erin Mahany, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC dba Ditech, Ranchwood Estates Homeowners Assoc., Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 148, RANCHWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 5 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
