NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-001931-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Patrick Morelli, Harbour Light Towers Association, Inc., Kelly Pools, Inc., PNC Bank, National Association, successor in interest to National City Bank, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Patrick Morelli, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 1907, HARBOUR LIGHT TOWERS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4171, PAGE 997, AND AS AMENDED THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAIDDECLARATION, APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HARBOR LIGHT TOWERS.
