NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Condominium Unit C-1, in Building No. 512, of PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE XII, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 1 through 6, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5580, page 676, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 23rd day of January, 2014 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
