Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated November 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-008065-CO-041, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF GRACE M. JONES, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 22, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT THREE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, Pages 81 and 82, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
