NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-006825 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 9th day of January, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN SAINT PETERSBURG IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 10/03/91 AND RECORDED 10/07/91, AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE, AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: BOOK 7698 PAGE 1795
