NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-007681, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and, MILE COLAKOVIC; KOVILJKA COLAKOVIC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; MORCAP, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 20, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, LESS THE NORTH 9 FEET THEREOF AND THE NORTH 18 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 7, NORTH EUCLID OASIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
