NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-038012-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and AMALIA ALONSO; MARISABEL DECASAS; SAMUEL A DECASAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N-22 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/06/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
