NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-008640-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 6th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3207 OF BELLA TERRA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8056, PAGE 1458, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
