POWELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPRI AT HUNTERS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A OSCAR MEDINA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
