NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-023832-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR PHH 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and DORA P PARRA; JORGE I MELENDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION; CAPRI AT HUNTERS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
