Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 4, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 80, avalon park northwest village phases 2, 3 and 4, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 63, pages 94 through 103, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 2419 antlia drive, orlando, fl 32828; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 9, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
