NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013698-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage Inc., successor by merger to ABN Amro Mortgage Group Inc. is the Plaintiff and Judith A. Stone a/k/a Judy A. Stone; Regions Bank successor by merger to AmSouth Bank; Michael T. Stone; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Westwind Homeowners Association Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, WESTWIND UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 49 AND 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
