NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015003-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER C. CORRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 215, of AVALON PARK VILLAGE 6, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, at Page(s) 123 through 130, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
