Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated December 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001602-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and PREMIER PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 7, 2014, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, EVANS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 140 AND 141, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS A TRIANGULAR PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN LOT 1, BLOCK E, EVANS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 140 AND 141, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 438 AND THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF KINGSLAND ROAD; THENCE RUN EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE ROAD 438, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF KINGSLAND ROAD AT A POINT 10 FEET SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
