NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-002857, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL F. MCNANNA; ANTOINETTE M. MCNANNA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 904, ROTONDA WEST - OAKLAND HILLS, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 15A THROUGH 15K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
