LOT 31, BLOCK 1476, PEACHLAND PLACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 55A AND 55B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 21254 PEACHLAND BLVD, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33954; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on March 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
