NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 02, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-003163 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY NA, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY NA AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AR2 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and LARRY EMARD A/K/A LARRY G. EMARD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY EMARD A/K/A LARRY G.
