NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-002298 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROCHELLE DAVIDSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROCHELLE DAVIDSON N/K/A WILL DAVIDSON; HERITAGE LAKE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE VIEW II CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 21 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 205, BUILDING C, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW II CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2896, PAGE 2061, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGE 12A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
