YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property and to determine beneficiaries regarding real property in Charlotte County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
The East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 24 East, Charlotte County, Florida, otherwise described as Lot 32, of section 16, Township 40 South, Range 24 East, as per the plat recorded in Platbook 1, Page 44 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before 01/14, 2014 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
