notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Dec. 9, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 10-3074 CA, I will sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 30, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 2839, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 56-A THROUGH 56-E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
