Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
BUILDING 6217, UNIT 204 OF SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1688, PAGE 6320 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 123 THROUGH 128 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN SUCH DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 6217 ROSEFINCH COURT, UNIT 204, BRADENTON, FL 34202; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
