THE EAST 663.40 FEET OF TRACT 20, OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN WATERBURY GRAPEFRUIT TRACTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF TRACTS 12 AND 21, AND OVER THE NORTH 25 FEET OF TRACT 13, AND TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 25 FEET OF TRACT 20, OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, OF WATERBURY GRAPEFRUIT TRACTS AS REFERENCED ABOVE.
