NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Foreclosure and for Damages dated November 19, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-2990 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which STONEGATE BANK, is the Plaintiff and DREW CONNER SCOTT CONNER, NAPLES 701 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, Dwight Brock, as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on January 21, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in accordance with & 45.031, Fla. Stat:
UNIT 613, NAPLES 701, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4106, PAGE 2394, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
