NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final udgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-2800 of the Circuit Court of the 201 Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006 1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERIFICATES, SERIES 2006 1, is Plaintiff and Jose M. Izquierdo a/k/a Jose M. Izquierdo Cruz and Flabia E. Izquierdo Cruz, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 2 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract #8 the West 1466.4 feet of the South 20% of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter excepting the West 1283.1 feet thereof and the West 1466.4 feet of the North 33 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter excepting the West 1283.1 feet thereof, in Section 26, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, said land situated, lying and being of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
